We offer a fantastic holiday for the whole family in the Apartment Panorama in the middle of the largest ski area in the Zillertal, the Zillertal Arena.

Our newly built house is located at 1150 m above sea level on the Rohrberg above Zell am Ziller and is only a few minutes away from the middle station of the Rosenalm- and Karspitzbahn. The village centre and the new amusement park of Zell am Ziller are 10 minutes away.

Take a holiday with us in a sunny and quiet location with a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding Zillertal mountains - away from traffic and noise.

Our apartment is very modern and comfortably furnished. We offer you a fully equipped holiday apartment (incl. dishwasher, microwave, cable TV) with 2 double rooms (optionally separable) for 4-5 persons, a kitchen-living room, shower/WC, separate WC as well as a large terrace and garden with a feel-good atmosphere. Our apartment has its own entrance and a ski room with ski boot dryer.There are plenty of parking spaces on site. W-Lan is available to you free of charge.
